Operation Clerk/ Air Export

Hankyu Hanshin Express (HK) Ltd.

Job Description:

1. Monitor the process shipment with EYZ Cargo /CMS /FM3000 system.
2. Monitor the consolidation of export shipments.
3. Prepare export documents and pre-advice to overseas offices.
4. Filing and record keeping for past shipments.
5. Monitor new joiner on exercising airway bill properly and accurately.
6. Response to senior in dealing with any corrective action plan.
7. Co-operate with Customer Service Team on shipper’s booking.
8. Perform all kinds of Operations works.
9. Co-ordinate with warehousemen for build-up pallets and cargo delivery to airport terminal.
10. Assist to follow up the MISC operation job, like CCA, Pre-claim etc.
11. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Tertiary educated / HK Diploma of Secondary Education.
2. with one year or less solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
3. Less experience will be considered as junior operation clerk.
4. Preferable to have relevant training about Cargo Handling; RACSF; Dangerous Good Awareness / Regulations.
5. Good spoken / written English and Chinese; Mandarin preferable.
6. Good communication, interpersonal skills.
7. Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel.

Responsibilities:
(1) 負責整理貨物及日常貨倉的運作。

(2) 監控收貨,出入備貨。

(3) 需要日班或夜班交替定期當值。有夜更 / 早更津貼。

工作地點 : 新界青衣航運路36號亞洲物流中心 – 順豐大厦。
工作時間 : 每星期5或6天工作 , 每更9小時(包括1小時用膳) ; 平均每週工作42小時。
福利 : 銀行假期,14-16天年假,年終雙糧,酌情花紅,超時工作津貼,中西醫醫療福利。

Requirements:
(1) 需具備倉務工作經驗 , 貨運行業相關更佳。

(2) 基本電腦知識。

(3) 持有剷車車牌及操作經驗優先考慮。

1. Business development and client relationship management in contracted logistics
2. Transition of newly acquired business from Sales to Operations
3. Responsible for overall warehouse financial performance
4. Provide logistics solutions through understanding our customers’ needs & maintain visibility to account issues and customer satisfaction levels
5. Achieve agreed sales targets by pursuing new business
6. Participate sales & marketing activities to promote & increase company exposure in the market

Requirements:
1. 6 years in B2B & B2C sales experience within leading logistics / supply chain management company
2. Solid experience in Contract Logistics management with sound knowledge in other logistics solutions
3. Account Management experience
4. University degree preferably in business administration / logistics / marketing disciplines
5. Good and extensive business connections
6. Keen awareness of latest logistics service development opportunities
7. Less experience would also be considered
