Membership Application

Corporate Members have full voting rights. Corporate Membership is limited to business entities only and each Corporate Member has the right to nominate and register up to 5 representatives to participate in the Association’s activities. In the event of a Corporate Member having registered more than one representative, only one of such persons shall be entitled to attend and vote at meetings of the Association or be elected as a Council Member. The Association shall have received prior written notice to the contrary from such Corporate Member, the priority for such representatives to represent such member shall be in accordance with the order in which their names were submitted by such Member to the Association for registration. Such registered representative shall represent the Member nominating him. Applicants who satisfy the qualifications set out above are eligible to join the Association for registration. Applicants who satisfy the qualifications set out above are eligible to join the Association as a Corporate Member upon the approval of the Council.
