Ir. Elsa Yuen holds an MSc in Global Supply Chain Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. With over 20 years in logistics and supply chain management, she is the Founder and CEO of YS Logistics Corp Limited, specializing in high-value 3PL/4PL logistics and e-commerce. She received Young Logistician of Hong Kong Logistics Award in 2008 and “Most Inspiring Supply Chain Professional of the Year” from the Supply Chain Asia Awards 2023 in Singapore, she serves on multiple government advisory committees. Her achievements include developing cold chain logistics standards, promoting ESG initiatives, and organizing international case competitions while actively mentoring the next generation of logistics professionals. 

Mr. Hsu Gee Ming, Ryan

Mr. Ryan Hsu has over 20 years of extensive experience in the freight forwarding industry and has established a strong communication network with airlines, airport terminals, freight forwarders, suppliers, and operators. He is actively engaged with associations to promote the Hong Kong logistics sector on a global scale.

Mr. Leung Ting Cheung, Vince

Mr. Vince Leung is the head of cross-border operation of a multinational online marketplace. He was the E-Commerce Manager of Hutchison Telecom managing OMO and partnership collaboration. His expertise covers e-Commerce, global supply chain management, system integration and a wide range of value-added services.

He gained BSc honors degree in Business Administration from University of California, Riverside, and MSc degree in Global Supply Chain Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Since 2014, he has been the mentor of Intl’ Case Competition hosted by HKLA. He is currently being a Management Committee member of 3PL Pilot Subsidy funded by TLB.

Ir. Dr. Yue Lit Fung, Owen

Ir. Dr. Yue has over 30 years of work experience in a wide spectrum of land use planning and supply chain management in Hong Kong and overseas. Currently he is the logistics specialist for ERB and serving the HKLA for more than 10 years.

Mr. Wong Wing Kee, Tony

Mr Tony Wong is a seasoned supply chain professional, with over 20 years in international trades and expertise in supply chain and risk management.
Mr Wong holds Master degree in Operation and supply chain management and serves as supply chain director in a multinational coffee chain company.

Ms. Tam Lai Ha, Shirley

Shirley Tam is the Director of Moral Max Logistics Limited. She has solid working experience in sizable organization for more than 20 years, she has received sophisticated training and gained comprehensive experience in different aspects of supply chain / logistics field.

She graduated from South Australia University of Master of Business Administration. She is currently a committee member of Road Cargo System (ROCARS) User Liaison Group of Hong Kong Customs. She is serving HKLA more than 4 years.
