Dear HKLA Members,

Thank you for your continuous support to Hong Kong Logistics Association.  For your information, the membership fee collecting month has been re-organized to January in the coming year for all members that will bring more convenience to members to remember their membership expiry date and renew their membership on time.

However, in order to implement the new policy, some special arrangement will be taken.  And details are as follows:

1.      For those memberships to be expired in April 2009 to Sep 2009, members will pay a pro rata fee up to end of this year due to change of fee collection method.

2.      For those membership due in the last quarter in 2009 will have to pay for the remaining months plus the full fee next year.

Please be noted that, all memberships that expire on 31 December 2009 are required to renew on/or before 31 January 2010. And membership renewal notification to all members will be notified prior to their membership expiry date (e.g. 31 January 2010).
