Exam Content:

The new CTL Examination has been held since December 2005. The purpose of this change is to reflect the changing needs of the logistics industry.

The new examination structure comprises of SIX subjects, of which need to be completed within five years:

Four compulsory subjects:

• General Management Principles and Techniques;
• Transportation Management;
• Logistics Management;
• International Transportation and Logistics.

Plus

Any two elective subjects:

• Creative Component;
• Logistics Analysis;
• Supply Chain Management;
• Logistics and Supply Chain Strategy.

Students who obtained passed in the old examination structure will receive equal standing, and will be granted subject exemption under the new examination structure.  

Exam Date and Time:

The third week of December 2008

Exam Venue:

Unit 11, 3/F, Tins Enterprises Centre, 777 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon.

Creative Component:

Exam Fee: HK$1370 (HKLA Member); HK$1570 (non-HKLA Member) (including Exam. Fee US$150.00 + Handling charge HK$200),

Other subjects:

Exam Fee: HK$1136 (HKLA Member); HK$1336 (non-HKLA Member)  (including Exam. Fee & Study guide US$120.00 + Handling charge HK$200)

Retake Exam Fee:

HK$400 (HKLA Member); HK$600 (non-HKLA Member) for retaking each subject (including retake Exam Fee and Handling charge)

*Fees are not refundable once the application has been received by the Qualification Review Board.)

Send in the completed examination enrollment form (click here to download) with ID copy and a cheque (payable to Hong Kong Logistics Association Limited) to Hong Kong Logistics Association, Unit 11, 3/F, Tins Enterprises Centre, 777 Lai Chi Kok Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon.
